di my first marathon this morning .. 5:21:48, race repot comming soon, very cold but fun!

its getting real .. 2 weeks away from my first marathon but 28 degrees this morning ( your right tex cold in the south is unheard of ) .. but push though and did 9.57, for a total so far of 235.40 for the year!

45 degrees this morning .. it feels good to be cold again.. but perfect running weather . ran. 9.30 , to bring my total to 235.40 for the year . and Marathon coming on quick lets do this ...

a nice crisp fall morning.. 59 degrees , did 6.45 total to 235 f or the year so far .. beast mode is in full effect .. bc like 5 weeks away from my first marathon!

today was nice cool fall day in the south , so i took advantage of the day off from work and the 74 degrees , nice breeze to run .. 13. 33 ... to bring my toal for the year to 228.95 anf my total for oct to 37. with 2 months to go until my first marathon better get crackin! :)

so good day to break in my new running shoes , took them on a little spin. well maybe a 9.04 spin to be exact. , but they are so light.. i got the brooks ghost 9 .. since my hokas gave me trouble in disney bringing my total for the year so far to 215.62 and 24 miles for oct.

sorry been mia guys , i got a new job at work and been super busy.. , today was the first day i had to get out and run .. , I did 9.20 . to bring my total for the year so far to 200.29. got liz hurely comming up in 2 weeks then training for 2 marathons so lets do this!

another feel good friday.. , did 8.38 this morning ... for a a total of 19.02 for the week , felt really good , and total so ffat for the year .- 191

.. 7 miles turned in to 10.64 today .. , love fall weather and begining of race season .. , so 182 miles so far for the year!

sorry guys been mia for a while .. but work is crazy right now .. but .. this morning .. - 8.13 and weds- 7.32 , , for a total so far for the year 172.04 and i have decided to add another marathon to my list .. instead of running st. jude in april as half like i do , im running the full!

a very hot ,i mean Hot!! . cotton row 10k this morning... off from my pr by 2 hours ... but 52:44 , and 54th in my age group! ... and 381 overall out of 1,858

you can tell summer is upon us! // - ran 7.28 this morning ,. it was 75 , when i left the house ! .. , got cotton row 10 k on monday!

a breezy and mild chilly morning this morning did 7.46 to bring me to a total fo th year so far. 129.27 , got my annuel 10k comming up in 2 weeks !
