Rumor Hollywood insiders say there's growing tension at Disney as CEO Bob Chapek chafes at Bob Iger's 'long goodbye'

Maybe. Could it be worse than Chapek leading the SPG? We still have SP plus someone in charge determined to wring all he can out of the “loyal” guest.

Let alone a complete lack of creative understanding of the parks.
We’re very much where we are because of the Strategic Planners. Staggs was very much a key architect of Eisner’s later years and Iger’s tenure.

Eisner played his cards right and or invested in the right places. He is now part of the BBC, the Billionaire Boys Club, Iger soon to follow.
Bobby won’t be joining that club anytime soon unless he invests in an IPO that goes gonzo. He had a million-plus shares of DIS but that’s only $170 million, even before he dumped half of it to “diversify his portfolio”. There are a bunch of questionable sites that put his net worth north of $600 million, but most come in around $350m.
