I hate to be "that guy", but Bob Iger's Disney is a very sleazy corporation. It's highly doubtful that they genuinely care about anyone being offended by Splash Mountain. Their motivation is completely self-serving.
I'm guessing '22 for DL (Although winter 2021 was hinted in this thread) and '25 for WDW

Is it really inclusion if there’s a height requirement? Tons of people who fit the targeted age audience aren’t going to be able to ride this, and even if they are tall enough, it might be too intimidating

What’s going to tell them? The complaints at guest services or the weaker merchandise sale for dresses in the gift shop?
But if that’s what needs to get the message across that they need to commit to representation far more than just one token reskin of a ride, so be it.
