I had only read the hype of the attraction they never ended up building...Then I waited in an hour line thinking it was going to be amazing...A Flash Fire, Wild tigers...Oh Boy!...
Then we finally boarded the boat and I was like... WTH is this?!?!? aside from only being a 1 minute ride...lol It was such a disappointment.

I have unfortunately. GTA V graphics and 7th rate acting. The only positive is the half decent physical set pieces around the load.

If you're going for any attraction shortly after it opens (or even ahead of opening) you're going to "pay a premium" so to say for your wait in line.
I'd wait 30-45 minutes for Kong. No more.

Probably not, but, not every guest fits the height requirement, or wants to ride a coaster to begin with.

The majority of the work will be inside as well as the hardscape and complete the one large deck slab that still needs to be poured. I would not expect to see the RR open until 2022.

No, but I’m not referring to just coasters. Even attractions like Pirates or the Caribbean are physically not capable of accommodating every guest in the park on even a below average attendance day.

Oh don’t worry... they will pull a Disneyland and add a “commemorative pin” and a cupcake to make it worth your money!
(When Disneyland railroad reopened the only way to ride in the Lilly Belle private car was to buy a tour that came with a pin and a cupcake.)

Hasn't it run on a partial route before? Didn't it go backwards when they were constructing the Birthdayland (at the time) station? (I was 11)
Maybe I'm having a fever dream or remembering the old railroad at our local zoo.

Pre Frontierland reconfiguration of the tracks? Then yes, they did run shuttle before then when necessary.
