Hmm. Maybe my friend in Frisco thought they did pretreat if they normally do.

The article from The Dallas Morning News that I posted said they didn’t pretreat that Interstate, but, who knows.
But, I’m bettin’ if they can somehow prove the road wasn’t pretreated, there’s gonna’ be A LOT of litigation comin’.
