No the ride is longer both physically (it now bends in the first room when it used to just stay in a straight line when it was the loading area) and you ride more of it (all but 6 in between load and unload instead of them being in separate rooms.

We do not know.
The stand alone model was removed. It is still in the giant model of the park, to which video is projection mapped. It will be difficult to remove from this model due to the projection mapping, so if it comes off of that eventually that's real confirmation.

That table top model also has Miguel's guitar next to Mexico and the Imagination Pavilion, but no announced projects to go with them. This is for me, a very strong clue, that there was once a plan to go ahead with the Coco overlay in Mexico and something in Imagination, but, was cut.... and they didn't want to remake the table top model.
The the UK and SSE are now in the same category, and maybe the Festival Center will be soon if they cut out images of it from the expo show.

Talk about some revisionist history. Anna saved Elsa. Anna is the one that showed true love. Elsa didn't do jack.
Either way, I didn't think any of that was conveyed on the ride.

Well, I am very not an insider. But putting 1 and 1 together.. the Egg has been canceled, part of innoventions has already been demolished where it would go, Moana is still a go, part of innoventions where that would go still stands, theyre not doing the whole planned World Celebration...
So I would say they’re putting Moana where the Egg would have been and call it a day for World Celebration. Again, thats based on nothing else but speculation and has quickly replaced the Egg for my worst nightmare. Have a great day everybody!
