EPCOT Regal Eagle Smokehouse: Craft Drafts & Barbecue replacing Liberty Inn

As a brisket fan, I'm hoping this will be 80% as good a Polite Pig. Not expecting on par with or better, just decent will suffice. Anything above that will exceed my expectations.

Curious as to the decision on not having Pulled Pork. I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact Pulled Pork is a mainstay for a few months out of the year at Flower and Garden at the kiosk and they don't want to impact that?

The Polite Pig brisket is so much better than I would have ever expected it to be in my wildest dreams. It's not the best brisket I've ever eaten or anything like that, but for a counter service place in Disney Springs? Exceptional.

As for the pulled pork -- it essentially IS on the menu. I know it says NC chopped pork butt, but there's very little difference between that and pulled pork. It's the same meat/preparation as NC pulled pork; it's just chopped up into finer pieces. It's basically the same as sliced brisket vs. chopped brisket. All the same meat just handed to you in a different way.

Agreed on the menu. For what/where it is, I'm pretty happy with the offerings. It's a nice cross section of American BBQ (again, for what it is).

The beer list is an absolute joke for a "craft beer" place, even for Disney. Even Block & Hans has more, and it's not a really great list. Heck, Dockside Margaritas in Disney Springs has more if memory serves!
