Good lord people. They are taking a dated, subpar, non themed walkup and turning it into a BBQ Smokehouse with a vague Muppets tie in. Everything about this is good. Will it be Central BBQ? No, but it'll be way better than before...and with MUPPETS!

...and if we are really lucky, this will be a first step in a park wide change to Sweet Baby Rays as the official BBQ sauce of WDW.

And how do you know it'll be "way better than before"? You got a source?

"And with MUPPETS!" If you're imagining a Chuck E. Cheese type of situation, then god help us...

As long as they have brisket, pulled pork, and a brown sugar BBQ sauce, it will do gang busters in Epcot.
They have a pulled pork sandwich at the Electric Umbrella. They are beating down the bathroom doors to get in because of it.

Most QS Disney food is on par or slightly one step above prison food.

The movie underperformed the very first weekend, so no, to put it bluntly, you're wrong.
How am I wrong? I really don't want to argue with you, but I'm not seeing how the movie underperforming in its very first weekend means that it didn't underperform for the reasons I stated. I mean, the cliched plot was already given away in the trailers.

First: God forbid Poppins becomes a "franchise". There is only one true Poppins film, made back in 1964 by Walt himself.

And Poppins is remembered because of THAT film, not the feeble sequel nobody really wanted.

I have spoken. ;)
You know Mary Poppins is a series of 8 books? Just because one book is made into one film doesn't mean you can't make more films!

My brother is a Sweet Baby Rays fan, but I prefer Montgomery Inn. (I'm not sure if they still sell bottles of BBQ sauce at the store in Harambe, but that stuff is pretty good too.)

So you're saying that because the trailers were lame, the general public stayed away from the film. Which means that the general public isn't part of the "more muppets is always good" crowd... ;)

Still showing "No" on the dining plan on the all restaurants page but if you go to the restaurants on the dining plan page it shows that it IS on the dining plan. Surely they will have this one included on the dining plan, but based on some other decisions who knows....

Menu is out. Check DFB for full details. No pulled pork. Food Menu looks really good IMO.
Beer Menu is a joke. Calling it Craft Drafts is laughable. 3 beers and 1 Cider. Sam, Angry Orchard, Jai Alai, Bells Oberon.

Only 3 beer options, really? The name implied more than that, imo.
Happy to see Brisket!
Thanks for posting this. :)
