All the promotional stuff really makes me feel like it’s here to stay for a while, possibly with updates every once in a blue moon. That’s the million dollar question.

Its not unusual for facilities to retain old names. There are all sorts of things that are named and documented and it doesn’t make sense to go through them all and update them when the name is internal. It seems like the Wonders name would be dropped by now but it’s somewhat nice to know that it’ll live on. This project is giving it the upkeep it’s desperately needed for over a decade. Any idea if the pink logo is just for the kid stuff or is it the official new marking symbol for the dome? Have plans for the future beyond the ‘21 stuff even been discussed yet?
There's nothing quite as permanent as a temporary DIsney attraction.but what is "Short"? We have seen temporary things and decor go on for literally decades..
Knowing Disney this "placeholder" will last longer than WondersThe kiddy overlay in the dome is a short / medium placeholder. The facility is still Wonders.
Who Wants to be a Millionaire Play It! Returning, CONFIRMED!That’s the million dollar question.

It’s planned to be replaced by an exciting Medicare Part D ride in 2052 where guests are invited to guess their copays. Wrong answer=100 foot drop.Especially if this is short/medium!
If 'long' is like, as permanent as Cinderella's Castle, the shelf-life of a 'medium-term' placeholder is like, what, 30 years?
That's my feeling on it too.I'm very worried about this building. It sounds like they're putting DisneyQuest in - Animation Academy, Digital Games... with some character meet-n-greets... It kinda sounds like Cali's Animation building.
I kinda wouldn't mind an updated clone of it... but not for the content. Just for the empty screen atrium. That's really the best part.

I don't remember if these are windows but here's an update on the paneling:
Doesn't open for another year, and I'm already wondering what will be put in its place if they stick to keeping this temporary.
I’m expecting it to at least last the rest of the 2020s, potentially with updates or cycling out exhibits with new things. It would have to be a tremendous flop (which it won’t be) to die any soonerWell usually one thing about temporary Disney attractions (and giant things) is that they tend to stick around for quite some time lol.
I'm curious about what happens to the corporate lounge area and mural in the staircase. I hope they will largely be left alone in their POMO condition.
Isn’t that the funky looking Buzzy? You know I never really thought of it but technically Buzzy is still in the building while the mural is still there lol.
