I don't know anyone "teaching" me how to pump gas.... maybe someone did.... but I'm pretty sure it was just common sense.

Well it may be common sense for some, but not for others -- if they've never done it before. Some people naturally pick up on new things right away. Others (like me) are more lame. ;)

Many new cars now, do not have a spare in the trunk. They all come with tire "kits" to repair a tire. I've watched a few videos on this, and I still think I'd mess it up. Oh, and if the tire had to come off, on some cars it can be really hard to unscrew those lug nuts, if you don't have a fancy tool, which many drivers do not have in their car.

In conclusion, I don't get along with cars unless they're running perfectly. :hilarious:

Woke up at 5am and decided to see if the Disney+ app was available so I downloaded it while still in bed. I’d debated a long time on what I would watch first, and I decided to go with Steamboat Willie. I decided it was fitting to watch something so monumental for Disney on this new venture for Disney. I would like to stay home today and watch tv all day, but I’m going to be responsible .

Great minds!!!!!!!!!!! I'm having a hard time picking a profile pick, I'm seriously thinking about Moana, first world problems lol. Everybody is home today because it's icy yuck!!!!!!!!! The dh has a couple of days he has to use be the end of the year or he'll lose them. We have Disney+ and left overs to get us through the day:inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove::inlove: The only cooking I have is canning some cranberry sauce

@figmentfan423 are you having any problems with Disney+ on your Roku? The homescreen doesn’t load for us when we launch the app but if we search for things it shows up.
I'm sorry to hear that but no problems at my end on one computer or my roku. We haven't set the boys up because they get to sleep in for a while longer so it's quiet. Try deleting the channel then reload it to see if that works. Keep me posted good luck

thanks. I’ll have to have Brad try that. We might not have time to monkey around with it anymore this morning though.

Update, it may have just been first day bugs due to demand. Saw a few people either couldn't get on or kicked off due to demand. Shocked not shocked

yeah, after I posted brad said he saw a message about it being slow internet or something. First day it’s ok there are some bugs as long as it gets fixed quick. It did load and we are watching Snow White with breakfast.

My daughter does not have her own car. She will not be driving out of state. If she did then your suggestion would be followed by me for sure. Thank you.
I'd still make sure she knows. Just in case. You might freak out reading this as a parent, but a lot of kids rent cars by age 21 out of state for trips (I did). Just a thought.

Edit: One time, I was working with a classmate on a project. Her roommates had taken her car to Walmart and a couple of other places nearby. They realized they needed gas. We got a phone call asking how to do it. They were from NJ. Parents assumed they'd be fine because they weren't bringing their own cars. My point being never assume anything.

I have disney+ and working well right now. The only I have had problems with is setting up my profile-no icons shoeing on screen. Actually, I am just glad the site downloaded with all the traffic!!
I added my profile with no problem, Moana:inlove:. I almost went with Olaf because he's smart enough to love summer;) anyhoo then I tried to set James up with one, that didn't go as well because the avatars too forever to load, after what seemed like way too long to way they finally loaded. He picked Remy but I wasn't going through that again so my older ds will have to wait until later when the bugs are worked out or traffic slows a bit. I'm wondering if traffic is even worse than expected due to the storm because schools are closed in some areas and some people have an excuse to call out today

My parents taught me how to pump gas. Given that the one car had a gas tank that liked to overflow, it was a good thing. I only ever had it overflow on me once in the years I drove that car. The fact that my car has the capless design throws them now.
