I know I'm a rarity with this opinion, but I love the movie (I found it very inspiring), and thought the visuals were spectacular.

I agree - those seams aren't pretty. At the place I worked, we would have used aluminum for the lack of rust.Needs some caulk. Is it stainless or aluminum? Metal is going to get dented. Fits in with Tron Legacy.
I think the two Eiffel Tower style bases look old fashioned and out of place with the clean, Eero Saarinen inspired design of the sign. Although I don't love it, I think it's a definite improvement on what was there before. Now I hope all the other cartooney junk slapped onto the buildings will come off too.
Yep...they've got top men working on it.You are late to the party on that last point. The changes have been underway for quite some time.
Now, that works.
I'd expect a full land repavement project to start a few months before Tron opens, once all the other land updates are finishedNow please get rid of the giant gear on the ground underneath the sign.
I think my dislike currently is because the sign just doesn't fit with what's behind it. Looking at the sign again, it... has potential. I want to see the rest of Tomorrowland get a facelift, and see it for myself, before giving any further opinions.
Change it to make it the same’ mmm sneaky ..Fantastic news. Hopefully they'll get something big going for Space Mountain next.
Will the land continue to just be touched up in the piecemeal fashion it has so far, or will we at some point see that give way to genuine construction for an actual overhaul?Indeed. The sign works well with the original designs for the land overhaul.
Where the random wall painting efforts are coming from though I don’t know.
