I think Mark Wahlburg had some removed and had his sons watch to keep them from ever getting one.

Funny story that Iā€™ve posted here before, but, it was a while back...
A couplaā€™ years or so ago, DWifey was workinā€™ a short temp gig at a local restaurant supply company. One of the companies they were workinā€™ with at the time was Wahlburgers.
Usually, one of their ā€œpeopleā€ called, but, one time when DWifey asked ā€œMay I tell him who is callling, please?ā€ the answer came back ā€œYes, Mark Wahlburg.ā€...!!!!! :hilarious:
She asked the bossā€™s if it was really him later, and he confirmed that it was indeed him. She actually ended up answering a few more calls from him before that gig ended...!!! :)

I was just reading about the tattoos, I have one on my shoulder blade. It's the globe and around it are important landmarks from my life. Like the Golden Gate Bridge, an image from the Efteling and from the Magic Kingdom. It's a work in process that sort of tells the story of my life.

Cool...!!! :)
Considering all the places youā€™ve been around the world, it must be arranged similar to this...?

8 now. Another hotel added to the list. Wow. Many others sick.
This is crazy.

The death count ticked to eight on Friday, when the family of a 78-year-old Ohio man revealed he died suddenly after dinner and drinks at the Dreams Punta Cana Resort & Spa.
That is a problem, but it does make me wonder how Wheel of Fortune handles giving out trips once they starting doing tapings again. Wheel of Fortune gives a good amount of trips during a season to the Caribbean including the Dominican Republic.

I'm pretty sure Wheel of Fortune does not want any of their contestants to be found dead on a trip they won on the show.

Known I should have. Every flight I take, delayed they are.
Funny, reminds me of my "curse".

For example, it RAINS .. EVERY.. SINGLE.. TIME during my last day of each trip.

And has been raining on the last day (even if it was not supposed to rain) for the past 20 years.

Rained on the last day of my cruise, then once was out of the cruise.. it stopped raining and was sunny.. until my last day before getting on my plane.
Even on this last flight from Houston.. It rained before boarding in Houston.

On the good side.. many times when we were told rain or hurricanes would ruin our trip.. it didnt..
Examples, first trip to Orlando to Disney World with my mother.. hurricane nearby, derailed north when we arrived.. not a single day of rain until the day we were leaving.

First Oasis and Last Oasis trips.. Hurricane and rains on the path... they all veered off or dissipated.
Last day, rained on both cruises as we arrived port or in the day we took the plane.

I think my first day the cruise started, It was on Philadelphia for a comic convention.
And its been happening since then.

Amazing -- the Holy Grail -- $100,000 - $150,000!!!! :jawdrop:
Stuff like that isn't surprising, but it does make me regret being to rough on my toys as a kid and throw away the boxes. I bring that up because I grew up owning the original transformer toys Hasbro released. What I mean by Original transformer toys is Transformers have been around way before Michael Bay started to direct movies. Michael Bay graduated from college in the year the first Transformers movie came out.

The catch is I do own a lot of video games. A lot of my games really went up since I bought them. As far as my game collection goes, I do not give out the total of games I own or the worth.

Good grief...!!!
Texas businesses being built up over the years into iconic companies and then being sold to out-of-state companies/investors...

As of 2006, Schlotzskyā€™s (an Austin original) has been owned by Focus Brands, hqā€™d in Atlanta, GA.
As of 2017, Whole Foods (another Austin original) is now owned by Amazon, hqā€™d in Seattle, WA.
Thursday both the New Braunfels (the original, and family opened and owned since 1979) and Galveston, TX Schlitterbahn, award-winning, water parks were sold to Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, hqā€™d in Sandusky, OH.
And, then, yesterday it was announced that the majority shares of Whataburger (family owned since the first location opened in Corpus Christi, TX in 1950) are now owned by BDT Capital Partners, hqā€™d in Chicago, IL.
Although, it has also been announced that the headquarters will remain in San Antonio, TX, and the family will remain as minority shareholders, with the President and CEO, and the family member Board Chairman keeping their seats on the BOD.
J. J. Watt, from the Houston Texans football team, posted on Twitter that we (Texas citizens) should all chip in to buy Whataburger back, and he isnā€™t even from Texas...!!!!!!! :joyfull::hilarious:;):)

unfortunate how everything is getting concentrated in a handful of mega corporations.
No surprise what they said how 100 companies and a handful of ultra rich investors control almost everything in every country.
