Seeing the trees in the hub and other location in Magic Kingdom during footage really kept the "Park" feeling in the Magic Kingdom Park. The trees actually made the park more special.

The Speedway for my kids has been a right-of-passage, when they finally grow to 52+ inches tall and are able to drive the car by themselves.

But Tomorrowland Speedway it is still becoming Tron themed, right too?
It’s still the plan to overlay, not remove.

There is no indication of how long the clousure will be. It won't necessarily be closed until the ride is complete.

Not sure why there would be much passion on the board for a Tron-themed overlay for the speedway. The idea of two Tron themed rides next to each doesn’t make much sense unless they plan to rename Tomorrowland to Tron Land (yuck). As well, this would also put an awful lot of capital and space in service to a relatively weak IP.

Most of us want the speedway to be updated to a tron-like aesthetic not necessarily a Tron-Branded Speedway.

That's what people forget, and the fact they're reversed into the roundhouse every night. There's a few different ways that it could work. They could either run 1 or 2 locomotives, but I think they would go with 1.

They aren't going to announce a re-theme in a blog post when the general public doesn't know about it. Why are people acting upset? Nothing about that says the re-theme is cancelled.
@articos liked my posts so I'm clearly on the right path. Everyone needs to relax on this one.

I mean, logic says they aren't going to talk about a re-theme when said re-theme isn't even public knowledge. Why do we all overreact so much? lol

The narration wouldn't be a problem. They would just record a temporary version like they did when Splash was being built.
Speedway can be super plussed not only with electric cars and a TRON aesthetic, but with height and some helical track. Longer track, smaller footprint, hopefully.
