#potato day. 10 pounds of potato salad ready to eat and 10 pounds of French fries blanched and now cooling waiting to be vacced and frozen.

Do you bake your fries? For the salad, with or without mayo? I made a cashew based dressing last year that was good.

Ohhhh... I didn't know it came in whole wheat. I have bought Bob's Red Mill pearled couscous. It wasn't whole wheat though.

It does taste like round pasta. Usually I have tossed it with butter and lemon and salt.

Do you like pasta? It basically is pasta. It is much larger than Morrocan couscous. that is teeny tiny.

This morning my daughter and I went over to church to start getting our room ready for VBS. Each classroom (Kinderg.- 8th Grade) will represent one board game. My 5th grade room will be Chutes and Ladders

So far my daughter and I covered all the walls with Dollar Store table cloths. This is just the foundation and then decorations will go on top of those (now) newly green walls.
