Hollywood Studios station as of Sunday. More panels ready to be installed are sitting on the roof.

I'm kinda surprised Doppelmayr is going as far as to make their own wheels (check the inner edge of the rubber).

Probably have someone make them with the private branding in Thailand or Vietnam.

Pretty sure they are tubeless. They are basically like mini car tires, not like a bicycle tire. They do have to be inflated if that's what you mean.
Part of the morning checklist is to make sure all the tires are inflated. The valve stem is on the other side so that the maintenance crew and inflate them from the catwalk. There an air compressor inside every station.

The best way to ensure people don't substitute replacement parts is to brand the parts as yours and insist your service/warranty requires the use of company parts

On the rope pulling process question, this is a relatively simple place to work compared to the mountains. Sure there might be some closures but I would think most of the work will take place at night. It takes just a few days. Someone usually walks the pilot line down, climbing each tower along the way. In cities, Doppelmayr uses drones for and on crazy steep mountains, helicopters.

The Portland Aerial Tram is about to close for 5 weeks for track rope slipping and the combined 37 lanes of traffic and railroad that run underneath it aren't closing.

FYI... Not all bicycle tires have tubes. Clinchers work pretty much like car tires.

Kind of, sort of, but not really. (The most common clinchers still require tubes.) But, your first sentence is correct.

No, what I mean is that Doppelmayr's parts site lists tubes to go with the tires.

Plus, they're most definitely made to Doppelmayr's requirements and specs, where they serve their function better than an off the shelf tire.
Some car manufacturers work with tire manufacturers to create a tire for a specific car.
Though the car company doesn't put their own brand on the tire.

It will stand out more when a floating Red car with a waving Mickey mouse is hanging from it but hopefully in a fun, kids happily exclaiming 'look its Mickey' kind of way.

You could with the boat but this is built to service the hotels. Just a bonus to take it park to park and the capacity blows boats and buses away. Also faster than walking.

The Skyliner is not about park to park transportation. it's about getting large numbers of people back and forth from the hotels to the parks. I think it was calculated that the Skyliner will provide the equivalent of 50 busses per hour on each leg of route, and it will do it with a lower operating cost then running more buses.

... perhaps one is more apt to stay at (and pay more for) a hotel they otherwise wouldn't have considered if it means direct (non-bus) access to the parks

there's also a brand new hot...errrr dvc along the route, too - yadda yadda roi filters upon roi filters
