He looks so tall now! I had 2 kids for an orthodontist eval today. DS had been there 2 years ago at 12. Wasn’t ready then. Ready now. They took new photos. They had the old ones as well. All I could say was wow!!! What a difference 2 years makes. You don’t realize it when you see them everyday, but when you actually can make a comparison with another picture from am earlier time, it really hits how quick they grow.

Yep, try to cherish every moment...!!!

I didn’t like it the first time around. Had no desire to watch it now. Actually I haven’t watched network tv in months.

Came home and worked for another two hours. Not a fun day, I had to report a project manager for not doing their job correctly and for covering up that the project is in the red zone. I'm sure that director loved getting that email as much as I loved writing it. Which then took more of my day than anticipated, so I came home and did a bunch of what I intended to do this morning.

Ugh. Thinking it's time for a new laptop when they go on sale. Mine seems to have had it. The disk drive stopped working, now it's taking forever to do its updates. Of course it is over three years old, and it was a lower end model, so...

I didn’t like it the first time around. Had no desire to watch it now. Actually I haven’t watched network tv in months.

I didn’t like it the first round.. but I’m curious, so I recorded it and will watch at a later time. I’m afraid of reboots though, I LOVED Will & Grace.. own the DVD set.. but I’m not a big fan of the new one. It’s still on my DVR, yet I haven’t watched it past the 3rd episode.

The only shows I’ve watched, (for the past several years) have been on PBS.. or HBO when it’s GoT time, but I only started watching GoT about a year and a half ago... succumbed to the peer pressure, then.binge watched to catch up.

So much to say about all this, but suffice to say, thank God it's over.

One thought though, as I reading the above, was something I've heard down through the years. "Some" of these twisted losers who commit heinous crimes like this, basically want to be caught. It's kinda like they're somewhat conflicted in that they want to kill, etc., but know they're out of control, and (on some level) want to put the brakes on--but can't. Hence, they let others (law enforcement) do the dirty work for them. Many go out in a blaze of glory (in their minds) by killing themselves before they get killed, while others choose death by cop. Mind blown on all of this.

Yes, thank God.

Have heard all that as well over the years.
Sick and sad, but, just the way those minds seem to work.
