How do you cook your pork?

I rub them with a spice blend, let sit for 12-24 hours and smoke them for 12+ hours depending on the size.

Whelp, dropped Jasmine off this morning to get spayed. I think what's making me most nervous is that Baltimore County Animal services is doing it. I'd be less anxious if my vet were doing it. But $20 to get all of her shots, the procedure, and microchipped...or $200 for the procedure. I'll just be glad when I can go get her.

Pixie dust for both of you. I'm sure she'll be a little extra hungry when she gets home.

There's an ice glaze on the roads. We are a small town with very few businesses and most closed at noon. Even the library closed. I have a friend that works at the courthouse and they were sent home early. We're in for the weekend. Pop, bread, milk, toilet paper.....yep, we're good.
