MDE app and website are both down, when will they be fixed???

I have MK FP today (Oct 19, 2017) and can't access MDE or the website. I was trying to change the times yesterday and noticed some problems with both the website and the app, but I figured these IT issues would be fixed by this morning. So I wake up this morning to check my FPs and now I can't even login to my account on the app or the website. It's a total lockout! Anyone know how long it usually takes them to resolves these kind of problems?

Disney website availability is horrible and should be embarrassing with a company of their size.

I am here in wdw as well and noticed the app is not showing FP’s but everything else seems to be working so far anyways. We’ll see

Hopefully they can get it running again soon

I can't login to the app at all. When I try I get a "weak or no internet connection" error message. But obviously my internet is fine since I can post to this website. I'm set for my first three FPs this morning, but if everyone in the park is going to have to use the in-park kiosks for their additional FPs it's going to be a total nightmare.

Usually it doesn't last beyond half a day. Surprising to see this persist from yesterday through to today.

Are you in the parks now? How were turnstiles?

Disneyland seems to be at least somewhat functional. Disney World is currently redirecting to a very dated maintenance page: https://wdpromedia.disney.go.com/media/wdw_nextgen/down-for-maint.html

Working in the web design/maintenance field: it's not unusual for major changes to take a site offline for a bit. A few hours is quite a long time for a site upgrade though, and it's odd that it would happen in the middle of the day (these things usually are done at 3am when the smallest subset of people will be affected
