Are they banking on an elaborate (and expensive) restaurant to cover for the fact that the pavilion has no attraction? Or do they think they can get away with it in the way they do with GB, Italy, Germany, etc.?

Martin, do you think that the Coco attraction being greenlit could somehow make them change their minds, or has the Three Caballeros never been considered as the IP for the attraction that was considered at some point?

Not yet, I forgot to put the if, it will depend on Box Office I believe, or at least that’s what I understood the last time I asked

There will be an infinite increase in the number of E-tickets!
Check my math:
1 ride in WS (Gran Fiesta).
1 more ride would be 100% increase.
But, there's going to be 2 new rides (Rat and UK), making it a 200% increase, no?

Hold on, I'll handle this. I'm an accountant.
There's a ride in Mexico and a ride in Norway. They're adding a ride in France and the UK, so that's four rides total. 4x100% = 400% more rides!

I've ridden Rat. I wouldn't call it an E ticket. Cute, worth riding once, but solid D not E.

Honestly with all the talk of new rides coming to Epcot when we go from Epcot '94 to Epcot 2021 when Guardians is expected to open there will be a net gain of 1 ride, maybe 2 if the UK attraction is open by then.

I disagree completely. There seems to be a divide on this ride. Some say E some say D. I've ridden it too and I say it's an E.
There's no way it's an E. It comes up short in so many ways compared to the true E's. It's a solid D
It's worse if you factor in attractions - i.e. Those entertainment options you have to wait to experience.

That's always sobering. Years of 'expansion' (TWDC newspeak for repurposing) usually don't leave an area with more attractions.
Only DAK has more attractions now than twenty or ten years ago, the other three parks and water parks have less offerings. (Except TL, but that will never recover from the closure of Shark Reef. And even DAK barely, considering the closure of Pocahontas, the Riverboats, and empty enclosures)
For EPCOT, the result is even more bleak if you add in non-rides. From KK/FR to CC/Innoventions to an actual Imageworks to the attractions of WoL. And closures everywhere too.
Ipcot21 will still have less attractions than EPCOT Center, and not only quantity but quality remains to be seen - so far EPCOT's track record is one of consistent downgrades.
