So we all went off to Scarecrow-fest today. The weather was perfect and the river is beyond awesome.
I didn't build a scarecrow though. :( They were running low on clothing for the scarecrows and so many little kids waiting to build one so I let it go.

We stopped at a charming Irish Bar, small and quaint. I had the most awesome Ruben on lovely marbled rye. My DD had a burger with apple bacon, a thick slice of BBQ'd pineapple that she declared slurp-o-lish-ous. So much fun we all had. I took a picture of the area we were in but forgot about the food. Oops.

Even if I had the money to buy it, I wouldn't. Doesn't have any warmth to it--doesn't feel like "home" in that sense. It's just way too sterile, and I see it as an entertainment location (owned by a business CEO, for example) for smaller business receptions.
Any house can be made to feel homey with proper decorating. Paint job, comfy furniture etc. I'm sure the interior was done with "proper" entertaining involved, all of us moving in would solve that quickly:oops:

First World problems . . . :hilarious: (runs and hides . .. :cautious: ) :p
:hilarious::hilarious::hilarious: It is super tasty though and cheaper than storebought all things considered. Made whole wheat maple bread. We go through a loaf in a day or 2, depends on how hungry ds is. He doesn't eat much yet at 14, but what he likes he indulges to the max. Considering he is a string bean, I have no problems with it.:)
It covers both the fancy and the schmancy:hilarious:

Pipe dreams. :happy:I agree with @MinnieM123. It definitely needs more hominess. It isn't home unless there are some toys and stuffed animals in various places.

If I remember correctly Target has jeans in several different cuts from super straight to super curvy. I think they cover every size except mine in midrise:banghead:
I loved the Jones New York before they went out of business and then came back. I prefer the normal classic cuts that finish above the waist. The mid-rise and low rise do not work for me. I need a belt for those or they just feel like they will fall off. I prefer feeling everything is in its place and nothing is hanging. ;) JNY made a stretchy jean that fit perfect. I found someone selling a brand new pair on Amazon last year and snagged it. :)

Have you tried the kids section ?:hilarious:
I have ordered leggings for myself from the company I order the kids clothing from.;) The clothing for adults is super expensive and they make a similar style for kids. I get the largest kid size for myself and am a happy camper because they cause less than half the price of the adult. Sometimes it pays to be petite.:p:p
