Guess you're getting the blame for the rain that wasn't supposed to be here until much later:rolleyes:. LOL THNX now I don't have to cut up the tenderloin and grill some of it up:joyfull:. I'll still have to cut and vac it but I won't have to go out and grill so I'm blocking that time off for a nice warm bath with a Basin bath bomb:joyfull:

Your welcome. :inlove:

My brand new iPhone 8 has frozen up on me three times in the last 6 days. I called TMobile, and they suggested that I take it to a nearby Apple Store and have it looked at. I made an appointment for noon on Wednesday. Busy week for me. Eye Doctor Appointment tomorrow. My pre-op exam at Advocate on Tuesday, and now this on Wednesday. Better make sure to put some money on my bus card for all these bus trips.
Honestly, if your phone keeps freezing and it's brand new, just have them exchange it. No sense dealing with a faulty phone. I've dealt with Apple's customer support, and they were very nice. Just ask them if you can exchange it. :)

I do, but it's usually my eyes that get itchy and swollen, not my throat that acts up. I can't lie down. I sleep sitting up so I don't start coughing. I have slept sitting up for part of the night ever since pregnancy though, because my hips would ache so bad after sleeping on my side for a while and I'd need to straighten out, but couldn't lie flat on my back or I couldn't breathe properly, so I would prop myself up for part of the night and I still do that. So last night, I just slept sitting up. No biggie.

I was better with my DD but with my son I was so huge (he was a big baby) I could not lay down and sleep. I spent about two months sleeping in a recliner before he was born. (and about 3 months after as he was not a sleep oriented baby:cautious:many reasons for 5 years between my kids). The Dad though has horrible issues with laying flat, coughing fits. Doc told him a combo of beer and being overweight in the belly. The doc went onto say the beer did something to the throat/esophagus that made it relax too much and then boom coughing fits. So I guess sometimes it is allergies and sometimes a throat that is just too happy. Me, I'm doing that allergy thing now. With the wind we are having it isn't helping.

For me, it's Levi's jeans, curvy fit, short, on Amazon. I took a wild guess that they would work, and they did. I bought three more pairs. And they were only $20 a piece.

I'm so glad I don't have to go hunting for jeans. Jeans shopping is the absolute worst.

Levi's work for me too most of the time but I have had issues with identical sizing not being identical. Frustrating. I tend to go for the midrise but I can't do curvy cause God decided not to give me hips. So many brands have built in hips into jean and then I wind up with these puckers of material on the side.

I hate jean shopping!

So we all went off to Scarecrow-fest today. The weather was perfect and the river is beyond awesome.
I didn't build a scarecrow though. :( They were running low on clothing for the scarecrows and so many little kids waiting to build one so I let it go.

We stopped at a charming Irish Bar, small and quaint. I had the most awesome Ruben on lovely marbled rye. My DD had a burger with apple bacon, a thick slice of BBQ'd pineapple that she declared slurp-o-lish-ous. So much fun we all had. I took a picture of the area we were in but forgot about the food. Oops.

We went and saw the new Kingsmen movie and enjoyed it a lot. Then we got pizza to go from Pizza Hut it was very good and now we have lots of leftovers! Which is good because we have a busy week.

Never heard of the Kingsmen before. (Then again, with most movies I don't pay attention to what's new.)

I did recently buy the Wonder Woman DVD and watched it yesterday. Thank goodness I was also reading the Sunday newspaper, with the movie on in the background--just couldn't get into it. Hubs might watch it this week at some point, and I'll see if he likes it.

Yes she should definitely get a replacement--for the money that they charge for those things, absolutely. Plus they should throw in a dinner coupon for her inconvenience! ;)

Levis are cut too straight in the hips for me. I've found comfortable jeans from L L Bean (they have quite a few different fits for women--everything from slim cuts to curvey.) :)
