Hi Guys. It's been quite a day. Hubby got up early with pains in his back...around 4 A.M. well, by 5 A.M. he couldn't go to the bathroom. Either a kidney stone or his prostate, acting up. Off we go at 6 A.M. to the emergency care place....next to our house.....we waited over three hours to see a doctor....It's unclear what is happening....hubby got a catheter put in, along with a bag. He is to go to the doctor on Monday, to find out why, the Doctor called his urologist and he ordered the catheter and bag. So....if he gets worse off to the hospital. Only to say....we are super tired.......it was a full day.......maybe tomorrow will be better. Gosh, I want to get off this merry go round. I haven't finished my packing...... I'm wondering if this trip is going to happen. I felt funny when we said yes,,,,,so many month's ago. At least I insisted that we bought insurance......

I hope they can remedy whatever the medical issue is with him, and that's it's not some sort of long, drawn-out process. Sorry to hear that he was in pain, and I hope they gave him something to help with that, too.

We had sun until 3pm and then it poured! We've had a couple sprinkles but we haven't really had rain since August. Our grass around here looks like February grass. I went to pick up dinner and on the way back there was a bright vivid double rainbow and then the rain came again.
Guess you're getting the blame for the rain that wasn't supposed to be here until much later:rolleyes:. LOL THNX now I don't have to cut up the tenderloin and grill some of it up:joyfull:. I'll still have to cut and vac it but I won't have to go out and grill so I'm blocking that time off for a nice warm bath with a Basin bath bomb:joyfull:

Wow, 3 hours is an awfully long time to wait anywhere to see a physician. Would it have been better if you would have gone to the ER of the hospital where they could have run some tests to see what the issue is? I obviously don't know the geography of where you live. Maybe it is a kidney stone? My dh had kidney stones act up once while he was at work once and he actually drove to the hospital near his office. They took him in after just a few minutes. That is one thing I can say about the hospitals near us, the few times we went we never waited more than 10 minutes to get in. Of course we live in a more rural area so maybe that helps. But even when we drive down 95 and see the hospital billboards with the ER wait times they are usually short also, under 20 minutes. I never understood why they have the billboards, but now reading your post with an urgent care place having a 3 hour wait I can see why. In any case, I hope your hubby will be better quick. If it is a kidney stone, you could always stop at MK before the cruise and ride Big Thunder Mountain. Take the back row and that kidney stone will come popping out in no time.;) Not being silly either. Do you remember reading the article where there was an actual study about coasters and kidney stones? BTMR is the best coaster for removing kidney stones.:)

Sympathy like.

I can't remember the last time I slept anything other than sitting up. I used to roll from side to side during the night, but, I find these days, I'm comfortable enough sitting up against the headboard.
I recently read that was the way most people slept way back in the day, but, that was way after I started sleeping that way... :cyclops:
Maybe you need the ol' Craftmatic Adjustable bed.;)
I got 40's. (sigh)
I'm in my 40's.:eek::eek:

Oh, I wasn't making fun at all--I was just shocked to hear that Jordache was still around. I never bought Jordache back in the day, because they were too expensive. But they were huge for a while---and died out completely, or so I thought until just now. ;)
I've seen them here or there over the years. Mostly in jeans stores. The nice specialty that seem to carry every brand and size. Another thing I miss jeans stores. Now it's mostly department or "branded" stores for jeans:(
