Tying down Indian Village along train route. Cast dressed as American Indians while hurricane securing is being done

It's very interesting how committed Disney still is to providing good show with the cast members in costumes. I think guests would understand and forgive Disney if the cast members weren't in the costumes. :) I know that Disney will take care of you Gabe but I'm still praying that all of you stay safe! But until the storm hits, enjoy the low crowds.

Thanks. We're making lots of lemonade today. Best day ever!

I would think they would just change the port of calls. I hope you don't have to cancel.
The Oasis is out right now, they took all employees and put them their to keep them safe...free of charge. That's really nice for the crews in the Florida areas. The boat won't be back until it's safe. I understand and I'm glad they did this for all their employees. That's a good company.

Well I just saw this post and so some of my questions were answered. I am guessing that there is no other choice in schooling. This is definitely neglect on the schools part. I guess documentation is the best thing you can do and heaven forbid ds ever snaps you have the documentation to show why. This is such a sad situation. I am really ticked off and he is not even my kid. Maybe ds should take karate just in case so he learns to defend himself. If they are already pushing him physically it may get worse.
Our smallest grandson, got his black belt at age 9. He was the smallest in his class a bully started pushing and shoving him. He turn around and showed him some karate moves, and no more trouble. Dad asked what he would do if the kid kept it up, he could throw him to the ground or do a high kick, and get him in his face. He said he would chose the "send him to the ground", it wouldn't hurt him, as the high kick would break his nose. He chose wisely. They emphasize know how to use self defense, but don't do anything until attacked. He took that oath very carefully. And he stopped the bulling with only a demo.

Now that you mention this one of my students a few years back joined karate because of bullying too. He was getting bullied in elementary and his parents put him in Karate. By the time he was in 7th grade he was just earning his black belt and no one was bullying him any more. I don't think the kid used his karate on anyone just developed some self confidence (that's what his mom said).

Very true. I did read an article today that said a lawyer already has a class action lawsuit filed against Equifax. Maybe we will get 2 cents out of it.:rolleyes:
I read that equifax is doing some serious dirty things.
Like sending all the affected clients a link, where they have to "waive" their rights to sue Equifax and go to direct arbitration as elected by Equifax. Once you accept said waiver..You can see how affected you are by the breach.

17 attractions. 245 hours until close
And Irma is stubbornly going West as I the satellite path shows.
No idea why the NHC insists its going to Florida o_O

But then, better safe than sorry.

I honestly believe Irma is going to go to the gulf, strengthen back to cat5.. and hit our sorry butts (Mexico) or Texas again :(

*edit*
Nevermind, Irma is starting to move west northwest. Like bouncing away from Cuba. Also.. christ.. Irma is huge!
The north tail is covering all florida.

awesome marathon!!!

The marathon ended at 24 ride attractions, food around the world showcase, a drink in Mexico and so so many character meet and greets. The longer the day went on the guests thinned even more. By about 4pm everything at the MK was a walk on just like most of Epcot was. There were not lines for food and wine at Epcot. Honestly the day was so surreal. We had so much fun. I forgot to look at the Fitbit and it is across the room (tired feet) but it is over 30,000 steps.

Tomorrow the parks are closed. The resort has a breakfast planned for all of us in Artist Point, The Country Bears and Brer Bear have been here since about 9pm. I'm kinda surprised the Store will be open 24 hours a day and so will the quick service Roaring Fork.
