Us too, I pack organized, so I can find things. And everything fits at the end of the trip. lol

My stuff isn't as organized on the way back as it is on the way there (and that's not sayin' much ), but, it's (usually ) all there.
Plus, I only ever by a T-shirt and a few pins, so no packing issues on the way back...!

I love all kinds of pickles, Schleckler used to make the best pickles, I haven't seen them in decades.

The best pickles I've ever had were the ones DWifey's favorite aunt used to make (she also made both of our wedding cakes - unfortunately, she passed in '90, about 1.5 yrs. after we were married).
They were perfect in every way...size, crunch, texture, and definitely flavor. She used to pickle them with some Japones peppers thrown in...just enough kick to make them even more perfect...!!!

We celebrated Cinco De Mayo at Chili's today. Hey, it's the best we can do within 20 miles of where we live. I did end up getting what I now consider to be the best Black Bean burger I ever had. It was soooooo good. I totally want the recipe.I mean at first I thought they screwed up and gave me a regular burger, but upon inspection I saw the beans.It was chargrilled. Didn't even know you could do that with a bean burger. No pics. Thought of that after it was all gone.

Glad y'all had a great time, and the food was delicious...!

I saw that on the news this morning! Apparently my cousin's office is in Times Square and they were on lockdown. She could see all the commotion out the window, but no one was allowed to leave the building, so she was safe. So sad, though!!
