What WDW deserves and what it gets are two entirely different things.
Under the current management team WDW IS NOT GETTING A NIGHTTIME PARADE.

Probably the quality of the float has to do something with it.
I wish more people had this view. PTN is atrocious and I will never understand why the fanbois drool over that debacle when Dreamlights exist. It all boils down to lacking a taste for quality.
Dunno about you, but I loved most of the floats in PTN. The main ones, like the cars. The general dancers..etc.. not so much (the DLR feels way shorter)
Meh. It returned for the holiday season last year. They need to mix things up.

It will mostly go away in jan then the msep will come back, Sucks that they can't run a good Nighttime parade for the whole year...

HEA is the work of WDI Creative Entertainment not TDO. Yes TDO did have to authorize it's creation but it's really a no-brainer decision and doesn't really prove anything.

Recent increase in cleanliness and proper general maintenance??
So doing the job they should have been doing all along is viewed as an improvement? My oh my, they've set the bar awfully low, in that case.

Yes. lol If you're not taking care of something but should, and then you start to take care of something....you have improved.
I think TL is a good recent example of this...although I believe this was a change in management if I am not mistaken.
Most of it was.
But the TTA decor is still rusting. Magnet covers are still smashed. Buzz's queue is still a mess.
And Space Mountain is still a travesty.
