so... about the waterfall?? is it gone completely and now just a pile of rocks or will the water flow from a new spot or something?

The waterfall and the opening / ride flume were completely separate. I would expect the waterfall to return at some point. They did not tear out the stream that it runs into and that part of the facade would look a little dumb without it running.

There appears to be a gap in the rocks which would make a logical place for the waterfall to come out. I hope it's still going to be there, it add a nice kinetic element to the area.

The main water for the waterfall never came from the ride.. or the hole itself it came from the left side, hidden! They have several pumps for the water! It'll come back! It was on for a long time after they closed the attraction (when they covered the hole with the black thing lol). But while working on the area i see no need to put it on just yet

As you can see there are more than one pump for the water, and the water doesn't really come from the ride! Pump one is hidden by the rocks, pump two has water coming out and another pump behind the water to make it look more powerful! The water from the ride is just an illusion, an effect!

So the waterfall should come back for sure!I think what you see is just shadow.. doesn't look like there is a gap for the water to come out.

Made a quick sketch of I how I wish they would do the waterfall now. Add this to the existing waterfall, and I think it could be really nice!
