I checked our schedule and I have Aug. 1st as an Epcot day, Biergarten lunch and Via Napoli pizza for dinner. Aug. 2nd is an AK with the quick service Yak and Yeti for lunch and Sanaa for dinner. Aug. 3 is MK with BOG lunch. Aug 4th we'll play it by ear and then the rest of the days we're not staying on property so we don't have the dining plan and we'll be eating off property unless it's quick service and I don't know if or when we'll be in the parks on those days. Part of it depends on my friend's health and how she's doing with her service dog.
I'm so jealous...I want to eat at 9 dragons, but there is absolutely nothing on the menu that DS will eat, so that's out. I also wanted to eat at San Angel Inn, but had to scrap it for the same reason. But in 10 years, when we go just hubby and I for our anniversary, we're hitting the ones we didn't get to do this time!!
I'll be in MK later in the day on the 3rd and staying for evening EMH

Disney has changed up their recipe at PrimeTime from their meatloaf and while still yummy the meat isn't as course, a bit too processed now and they don't have the glaze anymore, so I make it the way it was originally done with course ground meat and ketchup glaze. Now they squirt just ketchup on top.

Try this:
Glaze Sauce Ingredients:

1/2 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
finely chopped sauted onion and tiny diced tomato
This sounds yummy. I have just put on the ketchup and brown sugar, the other ingredients would make a very tasty sauce.

Yeah, we as parents have different ideas what and who/what is appropriate for our kids. I know what you are saying, with me it was not a individual I wanted my kids exposed to, just too creepity for my liking. I drew my line in the sand with all things Michael Jackson long ago. I'd do the same with the equivalent of Justin Beiber in this era if I had young children and I don't find him as creepity as I did MJ. I find JB just icky for young children now. I'd be surprised if Disney invited JB back to the Magic Kingdom but who knows. But I do the same for me, I genuinely loved Kenny Rogers music but after his antics he was a goner in my life as is Bill Cosby now. Too many others out there that have talent that have a human life style that doesn't make me cringe. It is a to each their own who we as parents introduce into our kids lives. We all roll differently.
I was never a fan of Michael Jackson, after the Jackson five. He was cute when he was very little. Funny how some people think being rude in public is okay.

Yeah, I don't accept the Fix. It is weather IMO. It was like this in the 60's when I was small. We had another strange snow cold thing in 78-79, in 82 we had a hot Christmas and in 83 we had one of the coldest Christmas' ever on record. In 95 during the summer we had one of the hottest summers where 750 people died in the City, followed by several years of coolish summers. To me it is weather. Some years we have hurricanes galore others not so much, same goes with our tornadoes in the midwest.

Me, IMO I think we as a society just over analyze the heck out of weather. The internet just gives us so much data, the thing about data and statistics it can be manipulated to give you any results you want. A decade ago it was Global Warming. It ain't too warm here now. Now the buzz is Climate Change. Give it a decade and it will be something else.
I deleted my response, it sounded too political after I wrote it. Was referring to the UN.

My Mom can't seem to cook for 2 either. Me I've gotten better at most dishes I cook. When both my kids were in college that was a difficult transition.

Tonight I made garlic pepper breaded pork chops. I cooked 8 cause they make amazing sandwiches left over. Didn't need a knife, they came out so tender you can cut with a fork. :hungry:
Hubby traveled a lot, so I mainly cooked for one, myself, or two. Me and DD. Now that it's just hubby and I , I was prepared for this kind of cooking.
