The J.M. Smuckers Company owns a lot of other companies. They own half of Pillsbury.

Yeah, our family has stock in Smuckers that does very well but does have some very weird holdings. General Mills took the better stuff IMO from Pillsbury including the Doughboy. I always loved that little dude, his creator died around my birthday this year. What a hit he created.

yum yum yum! :hungry: :joyfull:

Yeah it was. The funny thing is it is pricy. $47 but the veggies and potato came with it.

Now if you go to the Boat House that reviews are good but so many complaints about the sticker shock when the bill arrives, the ordinary filet mignon is $48, Asparagus is $12 and potato is $7. While everything looks nice in the BoatHouse it isn't Sir Winston's. I really do wonder how all these high end restaurants will fare at Disney Springs.

I think they're trying to promote Disney Springs as a more adult, upscale area. My hunch is that it will do very well, regardless of the meal prices. (I won't go to the Boat House, unless just to sit at the bar; but then again, I never sit at bars . . . ). ;)

Well the boathouse has Irish Coffee for only $14 or Desserts range from $9-$40 dollars.

But if you sit at a table in the bar area the shrimp for shrimp cocktail are only $4 each.

What are y'all having for dinner tonight? I'm off to the supermarket this afternoon. One of the kids has requested salmon and since today ended up being grocery day, I think I will go with that. I think I will find some inexpensive salmon pieces, fry them up with butter and carrots and green beans in the butter too. Maybe serve them with some wild rice.
Ham and bean soup with sweet corn bread. :hungry:
