If some kids didn't get driven to another neighbourhood, they wouldn't be able to trick or treat. We can walk everywhere in our neighbourhood and it's mostly single-house dwellings, so we just stay here. But I'm thinking of the people that live out in the country where houses are few and far between. Or those that live downtown where there are a lot of apartment buildings that they can't access.
Now, parents trick-or-treating? That's just weird. I do have a bag of treats the whole time in my hand but that's just because the kids have small little buckets and when they get full, they dump them into larger bags that we carry for them. (Fools, I know.

) But I have never gone to a house and asked for candy. That seems hilarious to me.

I can't believe parents have the gall to do that!
