I fell asleep at 10:30. Benadryl helped. I felt awful last night. Weird though - felt fine all day. Same thing happened Sunday evening. It's almost as though I'm allergic to something in this house. Oh did I tell you we have a new foster dog?

Is Benadryl your med of choice for allergies? I only take it if I have itchies or hives. Too many side effects for me (like dozing all day) to warrant taking it regularly.

I'm the same way. Most of those non-drowsy things are filled with caffeine, and I can't sleep if I've even had a cup of coffee past noon time.
