OK, so i'm wrong. But it further proves my point that this theatre is a big first step in the DHS redo.

Exactly. There are events almost every day at Studios that take up space in the Back Lot area which I assume is why they're working so quickly to finish the new general-purpose theatre. Just wasn't sure why you seemed to be acting like it was a fact that no one was currently renting out the Premier.

I guess I spend too much time working and not enough time on the hub seeing what's going on
