Good morning @MouseDreaming, my day is starting great, I slept a little late. But, my bed is sooo comfy. How is your day going? Do you have anything fun planned?
My day is good, but will be busy. Just picked up DS from last day of the classroom portion of Driver's Ed. Later today, he has a trumpet lesson, and then another trip back to school for his Senior Picture for the yearbook. Dinner we will be meeting up with some of DH's family, another hour or so drive. What do you have going on?

Just a Costco run. Time to pick up paper goods, and coffee. Need my cup of Joe, each morning.:hungry:

She is curled up and snoozing right next to me. Ah, the life of a dog! Of course, I don't envy her on those below zero days with white stuff flying, when I have to let her out. Sometimes, she pauses at the door, looks up at me, and seems to be saying, "That's OK. I can hold it,".
I remember those days with our doggies. I felt so sorry for them. But they did their job, in record time.;)

I still haven't broken down and gotten a membership for Costco. Every time I go with a friend, I always find good stuff. Last time, I bought ribs. They were so lean and tender. I think I will have to make ribs this weekend.
Our meat at Costco is really good, and I love their rotisserie chicken. Very yummy. And very tender. I've been known to bring one home, and eat nothing but chicken for my meal. A couple legs, a couple wings. :hungry::hungry::hungry: I'm going to pick one up today. I debone it, throw the carcass in the trash (tomorrow is trash day), so it doesn't get stinky. ;)

I have great memories of watching The Legend of Sleepy Hollow with my Mom. Now, I watch it with the kids every year. Love that it was narrated by Bing Cosby. Wizard of Oz was always shown by my birthday. Both of my kids have read Watership Down, and can't believe that is a cartoon. I have to think my mom must have read it, or talked about it with some other parents, because I remember wanting to watch the cute bunny show, and not being allowed to. But I never missed Rikki Tikki Tavi.
Watership Down, the movie was very sad. I cried everytime i watched it. It didn't pull any punches.

I beleive coffee spitting should be made a federal offence . . . What a waste of good coffee . . . Plus it stains my halo when that happens .
I agree, it is a waste of perfectly good coffee. Stains your what? Give me a break. Hope you got your wife a trophy for your anniversary. I think she is the haloed saint for putting up with you for so long!
