nicotine patches...I think part of the problem is the addiction to nicotine. Add in alcohol to the mix and people just wig. Not condoning it more just understanding the addiction that many dismiss. While other addictions abusers can discretely use smoking isn't one of them. Smoking on an airplane isn't acceptable ever but after seeing others with addiction issues I understand how some of the weakest do stupid things.
When I read "Alaska", I always think of this video.. and I do not see igloos either. No it isnt. It's funny because I posted that picture not even thinking about it being cold I just thought it was a nice view. I've never been up to Alaska but my kids have visited 4 times. They dont always have snow and they don't live in igloos either.![]()
I honestly find curling hilarious. Not a huge curling fan? I love curling. It seems like it would be so boring and yet I find it completely gripping. I just can't stop watching.
^^^^^ THIS!!!!!!!! ROFLMAO just thinking about it!I honestly find curling hilarious.
I always burst laughing at the part how concentrated they are in "brushing" the ice.
well, back then you didnt have 130+ people crammed in a small plane too.Eating a beet sandwich entertains later as well. Pooping red is always an eye opener, especially if you temporarily forget you ate them.
You do realize that there is a point when way too much information is released, don't you?
Add to that the fact that it wasn't that many years ago when smoking was allowed on airplanes. It was as acceptable as booze to help calm the otherwise nervous flyer. Reality is that it is for the overall health of the passengers, which I agree with, but, back in the day, I don't recall any air disasters cause by smoking. That lady would have been from that era.
Not to mention the funny looking pants!I honestly find curling hilarious.

We had freezing rain this morning. My car, tucked up all snuggly between the houses wasn't too bad.
Len's truck, parked on the road, was a solid block of ice. He was scraping (and chipping) when I left to drive Adopted Son to work. He was scraping (and chipping) when I got home 20 minutes later.
So far April doesn't feel that much different from March, February, January, or December.
No, they were basically the same. I'm talking about DC8's, and newer. The no smoking thing is probably around 30-35 years old by now. The average capacity back then was around that, but, the planes were much smaller then today's are. I have never noticed any real difference in room over the years on standard jets.well, back then you didnt have 130+ people crammed in a small plane too.
the seats were way more spacious too.
Mr. Eagle and Mrs Eagle are very used to "Gizmo".Yes this is how Alaska looks in the pictures sent to me from my family. It's amazing that the eagle didn't kill the cat.
Well that's good. Eagles there are known to kill small critters there. My sister in law, who is native Alaskan has many stories from when she grew up on Kodiak Island.Mr. Eagle and Mrs Eagle are very used to "Gizmo".
They seem to visit the videographer for years.
I only seen one video where the eagle gets very close to Gizmo, they stare at each other, then the eagle backs down.
Didn't need an alarm this morning. It has Booming for a couple hours.![]()
