When you're the leader, you don't have to follow.
My grandfather called me today for Easter and said they got some snow in NF today. :p
Not surprising. I'm less than an hour from NF, and we had a lawn/roof blanket of snow until mid afternoon.
Supposed to be quite a bit warmer tomorrow. We shall see.

That being said, JenniferS wearing a winter coat with flip flops is more likely Easter Weekend, than not.

Rubber bands? Wow, what a cool idea; I never heard of that one before. I wish I had read your post here about 2 hours ago when we were decorating our eggs! About the only ones that I can do well (aside of the solid colored ones) are the two-tone ones. I like either pink on top and soft blue on the bottom, or yellow and orange (or green) are nice two-tone combinations. Meanwhile, hubby likes to eat his eggs even before the dye dries! Then he gives 1-2 of them to the dog!
:) I like munch'n on the eggs too. I never thought to give any to Walt. Maybe tomorrow.

Flip flops and a winter coat. Good look!

So I will be up there mid September. I swear if it's cold I'm gonna be super angry. September is too early for cold.

September is often lovely. Cool evenings and mornings, moderate temps during the day.
Rain is a big possibility.
Probably a smidge too early to catch a glorious leaf display though.

FYI - 25C is 77F, 13C is 55F

That will work thanks! I only ever go either in the summer or winter. Well. Except for the first two years of my life when I lived there. :p

Hubby and I have been discussing going to Disneyland this summer to celebrate the 60th, and about 30 minutes ago I booked our flight for Los Angeles in early August! We will be there for about 8 1/2 days, I think we will do something other than Disneyland, but there is so much to do out there!

No Disneyland or Disneyland + other stuff?

Happy Easter Everyone! Hope you all had great ones.

I can't remember a better Easter. First we had weather in the 60's, sunshine. :D Had a quick little breakfast of Cinnamon Roll Cake and BACON.Opened our Easter Baskets, Wally found his up on the dining room table early in the morning, good sniffer on that one. He couldn't do anything about it though. I have counter height kitchen and dining room tables so no thievery. Then took the dude for a short walk.

Off to meet my Mom we were for Brunch which really was dinner at Noon. Twin Filets, carrots, salad, baked potato, most of which is in my fridge, so much food.

We went on to see my Dad for a couple hours and my DD and I walked around the new pool at their park district after and homeward bound. Took Walt into the woods for a slow walk, as he had to sniff EVERYTHING today. Long walk with little distance.

Dropped Wally at home and we were off to the Melting Pot for our version of Easter Dinner. :hungry:

Ontario. You don't remember?

You just broke my heart.:bawling:

:):D
I did think so, but sometimes I suffer from CRS - Can't Remember Ship.
Unless it's dates, licence plate numbers, phone numbers; in which case I'm a savant! :hilarious:

A thousand apologies. And hey, why isn't @Goofyernmost picking on you too?
I knew it - he thinks I am special! (And not in a Sheldon-type way, either.)
