My husband likes to use the stickers too. I like scribbling on them with crayons. I tried using rubber bands around them too but the lines never some out smooth.

Rubber bands? Wow, what a cool idea; I never heard of that one before. I wish I had read your post here about 2 hours ago when we were decorating our eggs! About the only ones that I can do well (aside of the solid colored ones) are the two-tone ones. I like either pink on top and soft blue on the bottom, or yellow and orange (or green) are nice two-tone combinations. Meanwhile, hubby likes to eat his eggs even before the dye dries! Then he gives 1-2 of them to the dog!

Here is my kid's Easter stuff from this morning. Of course some of it had to be frozen. But most of the stuff inside is not. And the left basket is for her egg hunting which she did around the house this morning because it is raining.

I wish there were more instances on TV around Easter, when you could find shows that highlight traditional hymns. Sometimes, PBS airs shows with choirs, etc., but those types of shows are usually shown more toward the Christmas season. I'd also like to see Rick Steves (from PBS) do a nice European, traditional Easter special (I don't think he's done one yet), along the lines of his outstanding European Christmas special of a few years ago (they always repeat it in my area each Christmas season).

Sometimes, PBS airs shows with choirs, etc., but those types of shows are usually shown more toward the Christmas season. I'd also like to see Rick Steves (from PBS) do a nice European, traditional Easter special (I don't think he's done one yet), along the lines of his outstanding European Christmas special of a few years ago (they always repeat it in my area each Christmas season).

It's too bad we don't get BBC here. They actually broadcast traditional Eater services and a special Easter edition of Songs of Praise.

I like watching Rick Steve's his shows are interesting. I usually watch them when I go to bed at night. It takes me a couple days to watch one completely, because even though I find them interesting I usually fall asleep after a couple minutes! His voice is kind of soothing, so it lulls me to sleep.
