Well yeah, plain is fine on its own. The chicken is juicy so it's not like it needs sauce.

It's possible that bottled beverages have increased from $2.75 to $3.00. I'm seeing some inconsistencies on Disney's site: The Cool Wash station has them at $3.00 while the Canada Popcorn cart has them at $2.75

Sous vide is a cooking method. Pretty much you vacuum seal food in a pouch then heat is in a water bath. Makes the juiciest chicken breast imaginable.

I've never heard of half of these places you're all talking about. We have none of them in Canada and I haven't been to an Olive Garden since 2004. I remember there was Outback Steakhouse for a bit, but it got bought by Swiss Chalet (because we really needed another one of those, right?).

Maybe they'll migrate north, but like AMC and Target, it may not be so easy for them. Many American companies think it's easy to enter the Canadian market because it's an English speaking country, close to existing supply chains and residents know these brand names from their US travels. However, the companies that dominate the market here can easily squash any competition before it has a chance to grow.
