I think it's telling that, when the CEO of the company is spotted in the parks, people think something big is happening.

The CEO of the company should be at the parks often to check up on things. It should be a point of pride for the company.

But the CEO is a very important man in the company with many things to do.

Like swimming in his money bank during Iron Man 3's opening weekend.
