What time are the fireworks?"@InsideTheMagic It has been confirm by 2 of my guest Relations manager friends that Bob Iger is here for a Announcement befor the fireworks"
Interesting. I try not to get my hopes up about these sort of announcements, but what would they trot out Iger for?
What time are the fireworks?
I'm not aware if any Star Wars lands developed recently for any US park.
Well, if it happens, Star Wars land won't be that big of a surprise. It's been reported to be under discussion for some time by reputable sources and let's not forget the recent survey. The speed would impress me though. If it happens, it will be the fastest the normally cautious Iger has ever made such a bold decision.Interesting.
My hat's off to them if they can surprise us. It would be a masterpiece of secrecy.
The quarter before, Iger said:But there is activity across our businesses, including online and mobile apps, and television, and consumer products, and publishing, as you would expect; and Parks and Resorts, that we've been working on now for quite some time. And time will start exposing all of that to the outside world.
Star Wars land might be the biggest announcement at WDW in a long time and much more exciting than the New Fantasyland or Avatarland. Depending on ones particular tastes, it could be the biggest thing since the opening of DAK.Obviously, we've had Star Wars in the past. This gives us an ability to expand that presence in our parks.
Dang, you just beat me.Benches.
Benches.
Interesting.
