They had a press event for new bleachers which was pretty pathetic. They would be a laughing stock if they made a big deal out of building new bathrooms. That being said, I think the area will look amazing when it's finished.

But this would actually get little girl's and their mommies excited. An announcement of a small Tangled themed area next to Small World on the Disney Parks blog would probably create more traffic than that site has seen in a year...

I believe it's going to be pre-fabricated and just installed on site.

The tower is supposed to be like this one from Epcot just bigger, so I'm guessing it's prefab

I agree. I know it's little more than a bathroom but it's gonna be a very good looking little corner of fantasyland.
