Agreed, get the TSMM FPs first, then ride ToT and RnRC at the other end of the park. You should be able to get the last two knocked out without much of a wait.....
Last year they set up a large store (I forgot the name) in the parking lot behind RnRC. In there they had what I saw to be the majority of the SWW merchandise, including the various pins and collectibles. Tatooine Traders had some items, but the staff there directed us to the other shop for the collectible items. :wave:

The celebrity autograph FPs are handed out in front of the park (while in line for each celebrity).

As Joanna said you line up at the gates to get the fast pass for autographs. The CMs hand them out and they do not go against your ride fast passes.
As for the special Star Wars weekend memorabilia they may have some at Tatooine Traders (the store at the Star Tours ride) however the limited items when I was there in 2010 were only located in the special Star Wars weekend store which was located next to the Back lot tour. There will be special park maps there that will show you were to go.

I agree with everything above and wanted to add - Get there early for the autograph fastpasses/ times. The time we were there during SWW, we didn't even know it was going on, but showed up about 45 minutes before park opening because we wanted to see the opening show (and get TSMM fastpasses 
)
We got through bag check and lined up at a turnstile on the right side of the gates and prepared to wait. All of the sudden we saw all these men in a line to our right (the far right of the park entrance) walking quickly back to the back of the line they were just in (or so it seemed.) We couldn't figure out what was going on, so we asked a CM and he told us it was the line for autograph times. Evidently you can get more than one/ one for each person? :shrug: But once they are out, they are out and won't give out any more.
The opening show is Star Wars themed too - just for SWW - pretty cool!

As someone who has tried for the last 2 years to get fastpasses for autographs, I can tell you they run out EXTREMELY early. I've shown up at 7:30 and they were already out. The ironic part to all this is I've still been able to get my items signed but through sheer coincidence. I don't know if it's because I only go to meet the voice actors but they were so nice to sign my items even though I wasn't in their autograph line. If anything I think I made their day because I came with items that were not related to Star Wars but their other projects. Dee Bradley Baker almost did a double take when he saw my Codename: Kids Next Door action figure set and said "Holy cow, it's not Star Wars!", I guess he was sick of it by the third week of hosting
But the best one was with James Arnold Taylor, I went to the Clone Wars show hoping I could ask him after the show and he ended up sitting right behind me in the audience during the show.

I was just discussing this with Richard ( Master Yoda on these forums) and I think we have agreed to forgo the autographs as to get one as others have said you have to line up incredibly early like in the middle of the night!!!! Thanks but no thanks!!! I'll wave to my favorite celebrities from the sidelines. The items I saw last year were all in a special tent area sent up by Rock N Roller Coaster and they had a bunch of great stuff. Good luck and may the force be with you!!! Marie
