It's so funny that you bring this DVD up, because it was my obsession. It was how I presented the parks to hundreds of people. It was an amazing piece of work and the production was amazing. It influenced the why I edit film to this day! The actors were also phenomenal, and - as well as the entire thing - represented WDW in a cool, contemporary, I-want-to-go-there, fashion, and also keeping to true to the 'magic'... when necessary.
Everything since that DVD, they've just way over done it with the little five-year-old boy sitting on a cloud saying, 'I like da' din-ah-sawers!' Then the little six-year-old girl saying, 'Some day I'm gonna be a princess!' [Que Tinkerbell and the chimes]. Too much of anything, is not a good thing.
Anyway, I just know from personal experience, by showcasing Disney to people through this DVD, it made the parks look awesome, cool, and fun, with just the right touch of magic. Not one person didn't become interested while watching this DVD.
Bring back Dave!
