Im a teacher at a middle school and have been wearing NOTHING but Disney ties EVERY day since 1985!!!!! usually have collection of about 20 that I choose from every year. Always go to Disney looking for ones I don't already have. BUT becoming difficult. I might see 1 or MAYBE 2 different ones every year I go. MY QUESTION is..I love the ties they wear in restraunts, or cms, etc ANYONE know wear I can purchase some? Ive googled and found spots to buy ties but many are cheap..I want original Disney ties. Where does disney order from? ANYONE?

First off, wearing Disney ties everyday for almost 30 years is just plain awesome! I hope your students appreciate it.
CM's get their outfits from multiple costuming locations around property. I would try and get in contact with the costuming dept. However, even if you could talk to someone and even if they DID give you the name of the company they order from, the likelihood of that company selling you Disney costumes I think is pretty slim. First, What's to stop you from ordering the entire costume and going into WDW wearing it? Obviously that's not what you want to do with it, but still, if their going to sell you a tie why wouldn't they sell someone else pants or a shirt? Second, Disney probably orders thousands at a time so the chances of them making 1 for you is pretty slim too, I would think.
So yes, try and get in contact with the costuming dept., other than that I don't know. And I can say from experience, that all of the costumes at WDW are not as high of quality as you think they are. I never wore a tie, but I can assume they were made the same way.

My DH just bought his first Mickey tie on our last trip, I have a feeling it may be a new tradition.
No word of lie, I have worn a Mickey Mouse or some sort of Disney tie to school every single day. The kids LOVE it and always look to see what one I'm wearing that day. I see the kids for 8 week periods and then get a new group so makes the ties stretch. Id feel so weird wearing something different now...its like I HAVE to wear one or kids would be dissapointed. BUT becoming more difficult because it doesnt seem to be wide variety. ( there is if you are looking to pick up one when you go down) but for a collector choices are limited.
