Okay, I've read Lee's info that the deuling dumbos will "back up to the speedway next to the barnstormer facing northish". I assume with the size shown for the new dumbo on the map above that it would take up all the space formerly labeled as Pixie Hollow and a portion of the space labeled Aurora. All the tents stay and the train station is dressed up. Cindy's space and the remainder of Aurora's will be used for Project X.

The Dumbo queue fits into that nook between Barnstormer and Speedway, with the spinners sticking out into the old PH area, but not using it all.
There will be tents, but not necessarily the same ones, and not necessarily in the same spots.

Well there is a bit of reason. If done properly it seems to me the new tents would not be as visible as the current ones. It would be good also if the new area allowed for parade routing through Fantasyland where it would be more appropriate.

Now it all comes down to theming. If the FLE area consists of World Showcase type 'lands' then I guess an Americana based circus theme could work with a redesigned train station as a big part of the "show", a traveling circus and Casey Jr/Dumbo and the rethemed Barnstormer. Yeah, that might work. I'm starting to understand.

Seems to me that the big thing that makes clear the parade wouldn't go through Fland would be the need for two offstage parade storage/staging areas in that case. As the parade route travels now, the parade can go back to the same place it started from.
