Mystery object at Pop Legendary years bldg?

I was looking at WDW using Bing maps recently, and ran across something odd in front of the main building at what would have been Pop Century Legendary Years.
Take a look and let me know what you think it is. To me it looks like some kind of a rocket ship of some sort.

I think it's the new sub for the 20K ride opening in the new Disney Oceans park. It's being built not that far from the Pop/Animation resort...

Excellent work! I believe the mystery is solved.
I wonder if this gets re-utilized elsewhere, or maybe even in the new theme. It would be a real shame for it to be relegated to a warehouse and never seen again. Of course, if it's just sitting out in the weather, it may not be in any condition to use for anything. Makes me wonder what else might be around or int the building tha would've been for the theme.

I'm going to go with the most likely and probably scenario here and say that aliens have landed on Earth and chose WDW. Hence the emergency vehicles there for the UFO.
