Normally my wife and I enjoy eating breakfast at least once at the Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom. This time, on our trip in January, we'll be eating DINNER at the Crystal Palace and BREAKFAST at the "Donald's Safari Breakfast" in Animal Kingdom. These will be first for both of us.

I'd like some opinions on these places, and just so you know, I'm a very picky eater. Should I be able to find something to eat there?

I don't know about the Safari, but the Crystal Palace has a good variety of different options. They have seafood, a number of different types of salad, prime rib, pork, turkey and salmon and some interesting sides. The desserts are very good; we love the tiramisu! I think you will be fine at the Palace. :)

I love the Crystal Palace, they definitely had a good variety the last time I ate there in 2006.

I haven't had Donald's Safari Breakfast, my aunt did it last year and said for whatever reason, it just seemed really crowded and much noisier than the other Character meals she had done. She was there during one of the less crowded seasons too.

But I can only give my input on the Crystal Palace, which I love :)

I haven't been to the new Donald's, before they were really good, your typical breakfast food.

We had Christmas dinner at Crystal Palace once so the food was pretty much set in that way, but lots of variety still. We enjoyed it.

we usually have the dinner at Crystal Palace. There is a great variety there. You should be able to find something for every type of eater.

We tried the new Safari Breakfast in October. We really liked it. It was pretty much what you would find at most other breakfast buffets. They did have donuts and yogurt and stuff. My oldest is not a breakfast eater, she hates eggs, so she was able to find food as well. The character interaction was great. We love to be able to see Donald and Daisy.

I'm sure you'll have a great time at both.

we are here now... We have had Crystal yesterday... Goode breakfast great character interaction... Our best was Tusker Breakfast and it was the best.. had a great waiter that made sure the characters came by every table.. They spent time there as well. The food was better than Crystal we thought. Tomorrow morning we eat our last Breakfast at 1900 Park fair at the Grand Floridian.. looking forward to it.Had breakfast buffet at Captains Grille this morning and it was good as well, it's t the yhacht club..

Crystal Palace Dinner will be great.

Donalds Safari - don't know - did it when it was Breakfastosaurus and that was very good - Doing the Safari breakfast this coming trip - so I hope its as good

We went to Crystal Palace for dinner a couple of weeks ago. It was good, one of the better buffets, for our experience. As I say to my husband, if you go to a buffet at WDW you aren't paying for the food you are paying for the experience.

I love Crystal Palace. The food is great at both breakfast and dinner but dinner is better. I have not eaten at Donald's Safari Breakfast but I would think that it is similar to the other breakfast buffets which we have been very satisfied with.
Have a great trip! :)
