Rode a new Doombuggie!

A bit of news I guess..

I rode a brand spanky new Doombuggie! I got into the vehicle and realize the grab-rail was a little different and brand new and of course - being my merfy self - proceeded to run my hands all over the doombuggie to figure out if it was indeed new. It was.

Doombuggie molestation aside... The ride looks like crap, but my audio was perfect.

Outside the Leota gift kart is back at the exit area. It was over by the paddleboat landing for a while. It sells cute squishy Jack Skelington round ball plushes. Like the pluto and mickey/minnie ones. It's very cute.

And.. that's all I got. I rode a new doombuggie

That's pretty cool! But was the grab rail the only noticable difference about the buggy?

And I know what you mean about the ride...even back in February the place was just filthy with dust.

A few things, particularly the grave yard. The animatronics in there have seen better days. Also, I could see more then I was supposed to in the ballroom scene (oo, look, a pole holding up that ghost!) and I know my eyesight isn't that good. Finally, the stretching room creaked horribly and there were indents on the walls from the rollers. Oh - and the queue has parts where the paint is completely coming off and parts of the fake rockwork has flaked away to reveal the undergunk. Oh, and there's rust.

Biggest discovery EVER: The bride has nipples. Her heart was glowing and her blouse was off kilter (or maybe she's just a fan) and viola - she has a nipple that was glowing. The plastic is formed in the shape. If I hadn't been so struck by the bizareness of the moment I would of died laughing.

It will open again for the 1st MNSSHP this year!

i wonder if their gonna add nightmare before xmas to the hm for its refurb. saying this because that gift cart outside the mansion only had nbxmas stuff on it. it'll be interesting to see what gets done
