Well, I got prescribed drugs from the clinic yesterday (and a day off school)... yet, come to think of it, the doc didn't say exactly what I have.

On a positive note, a) I'm (performing? presenting?) about half of the church service tomorrow, b) Spiderman 3 tomorrow night, and c) I've taken the opportunity to learn the main chords of John Lennon's "Imagine". :sohappy:

b) I'd like to see it today, but I'd like to wait another day so my health actually allows me to taste that awesome popcorn at the theatre. :lookaroun

c) Definitely piano. However, my best friend has a guitar, and I managed to learn a few songs within minutes of picking my first one ever up. :lol:

b) :lol: I can understand that. LOL I hope you get feeling better soon... at least if you wait another day the crowds will be a little less... (Trying to find some positive part about that. haha)
c) Yay! Good for you!!! The piano is the gateway to all other instruments pretty much. LOL Once you get a grasp of the chords on piano - guitar comes pretty easy... it's just a matter of finger placement at that point...

Looking at my friend's extremely calloused fingers, I've decided I'll stick to piano first. :lookaroun :lol:

FYI, I don't even know the note names, actual chords, correct fingerings or even how to read piano music. I just kinda play what sounds right. :lol:
