Regarding his quote, What does this mean?

"We also feel like, oh my god, we better not get confident, we better not be smoking our own here, we better, like, really... Holy crap, we put the bar down here, and we're gonna get crushed if we don't deliver. We're gonna really, and we've seen, and we know, you see all the other shows, you see other shows where people had trouble sticking the landing, and you're like, 'Oh, my god, we have to,' like, so there's a new pressure. There's a new pressure, but then there's also, you do have the pride of what you did before, and you have a system that works."
I found that odd two

Do they not have access to the Internet at LFL?
…it seems like it…as they appear to be the only people outside of North Korea who seem to not know they’ve destroyed it for all intents and purposes…

Yes
A non-existent one?

Essentially , yes. Disney bought and ongoing concern and in rather hand handed efforts to monetize and recoup their investment they significantly veered from the cadence and story that was Star Wars, a family telenovela. When George Lucas sold his child to the "white slavers" as he put it, it was the end of that fable. Something zombie-like replaced it... still superficially looked like Star Wars, but it was walking dead representation of its former self and still is rotting under its veneer.

Alienate and vilify the core audience and reach out to a non-existent one because 'reasons'... and the franchise ends up where it is now.

I've heard that Skeleton Crew isn't too shabby actually... but no one cares anymore.
It wasn't shabby but it was one of those series you watch and forget about. Lot of empty calories.

My opinion of Skeleton Crew is that while it wasn't exactly great, it was at least logically and internally consistent within the story they were trying to tell. I enjoyed what I saw if I wasn't exactly blown away. More importantly, though, it expanded the Star Wars universe without simultaneously undermining it, unlike the sequel trilogy, The Book of Boba Fett, Kenobi, The Acolyte, etc.

If you're in London in June and wanted to watch the original unedited non-special edition version of New Hope, it's being shown at the BFI Film Festival for the first time since 1978 -

…that’s not possible…

George destroyed the negatives 😉

haha, but seriously though I don't know why they can't call it Slave I.
I remember around the time the book of boba fett came out reading something on screen rant about the reason being Disney thought the name was offensive for some reason? Edit I ment to put a question mark. Not an exclamation mark. I am not triggered by this or anything.
