Maybe they haven't come to a final decision yet.
I think this might be it. We know they had two options from the key art. I really feel like they might be floating both ideas to see the response to bulldozing Muppet Courtyard.
Maybe they haven't come to a final decision yet.
I think could see several things happens to the Muppets buildingThere's no indication they have plans to build a second attraction, though, and the coaster will cause capacity problems compared to the Muppet show
I don’t understand why we’re talking like removing Muppets is an automatic issue regarding capacity. The way I see it, the coaster expands into the parking lot and a second attraction goes into the Muppet theater. Replace Mama Melrose with Harryhausen’s. Pizza Rizzo becomes a QS Monsters location. Christmas Store reopens as a Monsters shop. You have a net gain of at least one attraction.
I think could see several things happens to the Muppets building
1. Laugh Floor 2.0 allowing the MK one to close for a new Tomorrowland post-Cars.
2.HarryHausen’s
3. New Monsters show/Dark ride for families without a height requirement
4. Becomes a CM Break room a la Stitch’s Great Escape.
$ounds unlikely anytime $oonOf course capacity isn't a problem when you add in things that haven't been announced.
They called it a land. Land implies multiple attractions, even if they only talked about one. Cars is getting two attractions and it’s not even its own land.Of course capacity isn't a problem when you add in things that haven't been announced.
Once enough people riot revolt about TSI and Liberty Belle they'll bring Cars Land instead to Hollywood. So DHS is just going to become a Pixar park?
The Zootopia land has only one ride. They called it a land. Land implies multiple attractions, even if they only talked about one. Cars is getting two attractions and it’s not even its own land.

Adding new things increases operating costs without necessarily increasing revenue. Disney now seems to be in a mode where they are trying to get as much money out of current guests with as possible without increasing operating costs. This is so baffling. I don't even care for muppet vision but what is the point of replacing stuff when the park already needs more things? Especially when Animation Courtyard has nearly nothing and there's plenty of room behind it for expansion??? It makes no sense to me.
this is true... Disney is also playing with a fine line there between being successful at that and guest satisfactionAdding new things increases operating costs without necessarily increasing revenue. I really don't think the presence of the Laugh Floor is preventing a redo of Tomorrowland. Is the Laugh Floor even popular enough to consider rebuilding it elsewhere? And if it did move, I wouldn't be surprised to just see yet another empty space in TL, right across from the perpetually doomed Flight to the Moon/Mission to Mars/Alien Encounter/Stitch theaters.I could see them bringing monster’s inc laugh floor to the Muppets theater, paving the way to fully redo Tomorrowland.

Do you have any insight as to which plot of land they chose?Star Tours is safe until the event they remove the timeline from GE to add on Prequel and OT material there.
They're not removing the only ride to have Darth Vader from the Star Wars park.
