To be fair Disney goes above and beyond what most parks do for guests with disabilities. The majority use boarding passes and you walk up the exit and board.That’s a bad position to be in. I started going to Disney as an adult in 1984 and we took my mother (who had osteoarthritis) before any type of fastpass. She ended up not going on many of the rides with longer waits.
Back then we didn’t even think about asking for accommodations. If the lines were too long we just skipped the rides.
Things are so much better now that more people are included and able to enjoy more experiences. It’s hard to believe some people’s attitudes.
